How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If it's not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery to send it back for a full refund. If something's gone wrong with the product itself, just let us know and we'll sort it out.
Can I return an item my pet has already used?
Beds, mats, toys, bowls, harnesses, collars, and grooming items can only be returned unused and in their original packaging with any hygiene seal intact. If there are signs of pet use, we may reduce or decline the refund — this doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.
