How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 days. We know that is longer than some big retailers, but we would rather be upfront about it than promise something we cannot deliver. Every order includes tracking so you can follow its progress the whole way.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
UK : £5.99 (Free shipping for orders over £50)
EU : £9.99 (Free shipping for orders over £149.99)
International : £12.99
Any applicable delivery charges will always be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Right now we primarily ship within the UK but if you are outside the UK and would like to order then it's easily possible with our international couriers. Higher shipping rate may apply.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you cannot find this email, check your spam folder first, then get in touch with us and we will resend it.
What if my order is taking longer than expected?
Occasionally things run a little behind schedule. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and we will look into it for you straight away.
